    I’m having the same issue. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Brandi,

    I believe it is too early for you to renew your license. Renewal period is 4 weeks before and 6 weeks after your license expires. From our records, it shows that your license will not expire until 2018-08-21.

    Hi,

    From our records, Order #280537 was the automatic renewal for your UpdraftVault subscription.
    This order did not include a renewal for your UpdraftPlus Premium licenses.

    Apologies for the confusion. As you were not aware that the licenses had not been renewed, I can extend the renewal period and discount for you.

    Hi Jonna,

    From our records, it shows that your license has already expired last 2018-05-18.

    You will need to renew your license to remove the warning message and for you to continue to get updates and support from us.

    Apologies. We have updated the pricing structure of our packages.

    It appears that you were recommended the wrong product to renew at the time of purchase.

    As you were not aware of the change at time of purchase, I will ask my colleague to reinstate your unlimited license.

    Hi,
    Same question for me: it seems I am no longer getting unlimited sites (as before the renewing in april 2018); so I thought I would just deinstall the plugin Updraft plus on some old sites, so that I can use the license on some other sites, which were taken in the license before.

    I already asked somewhere elsein this forum what happened with the renewal: why cannot I have unlimited sites again.

    I have renewed my license for an add-on, but I am still receiving the following error at the top of the plugins page:

    Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

    Also, Updraft Plus is no longer showing a dozen backups I was maintaining from 2017.

    Hi Paul,

    I believe that my colleague has updated the licenses for you now.

    When renewing, the order needs to be marked as a renewal, either via a coupon or the ‘This is a renewal checkbox’ at checkout.

    It appears that our license server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.

    I have adjusted your licences and the expiration message should now disappear.

    Hi, I have the same problem. Renewed the license but this notice is still displaying: “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus.”

    Hi Simon,

    Apologies for the confusion.

    We have recently changed our pricing tier. As a result, the Developer package (now called ‘Agency’ no longer includes unlimited licenses (now 35 licenses). For unlimited licenses, we now offer the Enterprise package.

    However, as you were not aware of this at the time of purchase, I have renewed the unlimited license for you now.

    The renewal message should no longer display on your sites and you should be able to manage all the licences again from your UpdraftPlus account.
