I do have one small issue, however. There are several sites on there that I no longer wanted to renew for the year. I thought I would have the choice which ones to renew. Now I have no more site licenses to renew for two more sites that I need the backup for.
The sites I don’t want covered anymore are:
PrettyLoaded.org
WarfordOthodontics.com
LolosBlog.com
FarwestRotary.orgIs there any way possible for you to free those up for me?

No, it just returns to the same plugins page with the ‘check for an update’ link still there.
We are using this version: Version 2.12.5.22
But I have a notice in the websites saying we are expired from updates? And we received an email stating the same…
We renewed for the year in April for the 10 site license… using 4 sites.

I’m afraid that we do not currently have any plans for lifetime licences.
2. If you would have some great offer on 5th birthday, and as I have paid for five years, how would I take benefit of that offer instead of investing a whole lot of money?
This was actually the first time that we have had this sort of offer, and we will need to look trough all the feedback. We don’t have any plans for a 5th birthday offer yet, but we will let you know closer to the time.
3. I am unable to find my expiry date in the account, could you please let me know where I can see my account expiry date
You can see your renewal dates in your My Add-ons and Support page.
I noticed I have access to https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/, have never used it, can you let me know what exactly is this and what kind of support would be getting, how many times I can get such support (being dev license holder)?
Our Customer Support Form lets you open a private email support ticket. These are usually answered within 24 hours, and often much sooner (depending on the time – we are based in the UK). There isn’t a limit on the amount of support tickets that you can open.

udadminKeymasterAh – apologies. When trying to locate your account, I found the wrong Vicky. (For licensing issues, it’s best to use this form – https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/ – or to provide an order number, if using the forum, so that we can locate the account efficiently).
I can see that you previously had an order in January 2014, and did not renew last year. The new purchase this year has been treated by the license server as new licences for new sites, instead of as a renewal for the existing ones. I have amended that for you now. They should now all be able to update.
