StephenParticipantI too have just taken advantage of the extra 10% off Black Friday renewal deal as invited to on an email. I now have 2 licenses instead of one that should run through to April 23rd 2019. The small saving is effectively nullified by the time spent having to work out how to contact you to bring this to your attention.

ChrisParticipantI have this same problem, I didn’t renew as I couldn’t for the life of me find the button to do this, I instead paid for a new license. Can you do what ever you did above to my account to fix the issue> Thanks.

HeribertoParticipantso, i’ve got 10 licenses. One of them is for a dev site no longer exists, and other is for a site i no longer want to use this “plus” plugin.
When i’ll renew the license, not individually but the whole pack, do i have to pay again for these 2 sites i don’t want to pay for?

The renewal message seems to be disappeared at agsarchitects.net too, which is fine, thnx!
In my UpdraftPlus account however, I see there’s only 1 license for ‘Time and Scheduling’ assigned, that is a license for heerlenstandby.nl
A license for agsarchitects.net has not been assigned, as far as I can see…
Is that a problem?

The situation right now: got a new UpdraftPlus installed (with the file from this link: https://updraftplus.com/wp-content/uploads/updraftplus.zip), which gives me version 2.13.5.1.
First, I get a message there’s a new version (2.13.5.2), but whatever I try, I cannot update. When I try to update, I get a message the update was successful, however when visiting the plugins page there’s still the old version active with a message to update to the new version.
Second, I still get the expiration message, and advice to renew licenses. In Dutch, it says: “De betaalde toegang tot UpdraftPlus-updates voor add-ons 1 op deze website is verlopen. Om opnieuw toegang te krijgen tot updates (inclusief toekomstige functies en compatibiliteit met toekomstige WordPress-versies) en ondersteuning, gelieve te vernieuwen.”
Loosely translated: The paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for add-ons 1 at this website has expired. To get access to updates again (including future functionality and compatibility with future WordPress versions) and support, please renew.
Really don’t get it; why is this so difficult?

If you wish to install UpdraftPlus on entirely new sites, you can purchase a brand new subscription without renewing. The existing licenses will expire, and the new licenses will be available.
Alternatively, if UpdraftPlus Premium is no longer installed on the old licenses, you can renew and then contact our support team. We can then reset the licenses for you as a courtesy.
