    I renewed my license on Dec 4, 2018. All my sites still saying that I need to renew. I have “reconnected” to no avail. Apparently I am not the only one with this issue. Why is no one from UPDRAFT responding with a solution?

    The premium version of the plugin will continue to function after the licences expire. However, you will no longer receive updates or be able to reinstall the plugin. The plugin will also display a notice in WP Admin that the licence has expired.

    When renewing normally, no action should be required on the site. However, if you wish to instead purchase just the Migrator add-on, you would need to uninstall and reinstall from a fresh download.

    While it is not currently possible to reset the licences from the frontend, if you let us know here or via our support form, we are happy to reset licences that are attached to sites you no longer manage.

    It appears that your licence will expire on 2018-11-26.
    For you to continue to receive updates and support from us, you will need to renew your license.

    I have the same problem — I renewed the Enterprise Level with the code, and now my expiration date is for today instead the exepected one year extension/renewal. So, I too look like I’m missing almost 3 weeks of support.

    I think I see what the problem might be: I renewed at a higher level (because the name changed from Developer to Agency); Therefore, I paid too much and the licenses don’t match. I need to get this straight.

    I can move this to a separate thread if I can figure out how to start a thread.

    Hi,

    I renewed the full package with addons last November, and I’ve still been getting this same message. No matter what I do, it still won’t “see” my renewal.

    Would you please fix my license ASAP so that I can update?

    My order # is 244761 on Nov 25, 2017.

    It’s about time I finally got rid of those annoying nag messages :)

    I am having the same issue. I renewed premium business level today but my site is continuing to say that my license is expired. Can you fix my licenses too?

    Hi,

    For you to be able to install the plugin on new sites, you will need to renew your license.
    On sites where the plugin is already installed it will continue to work but will no longer receive updates.

    It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear.

    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.

    Please note that our pricing tier recently changed. Rather than the ‘Developer’ package, we now offer a 35 site license (‘Agency’) and an unlimited ‘Enterprise’ package. As such, I’m afraid that the cost of the unlimited package has risen since last year.

    Same problem here. On some sites the the license is working, on other sites I still see
    “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”
    What I have tested:
    reconnecting the plugin
    remove & re-install the version from my account download site

    Hi Michael,

    UpdraftVault is a subsription-based product and will automatically renew. However, UpdraftPlus Premium license needs to be manually renewed every year.
