Please see FAQ how you can reset the license in the future – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-can-i-release-re-cycle-a-licence/.You can renew/downgrade on your next renewal to get 40% discount. And make sure to cancel your active Subscription #470070 before June 28, 2021 to avoid being charged for your ‘Business’ licence renewal.

I would suggest purchasing the UpdraftPlus Premium Business license so you will have 10 site licenses. This would be of better value than purchasing individual add-ons. I can see that your UpdraftPlus Premium license is already up for renewal.

Just to confirm, did you manually purchase the license last 2020-09-14?
Your are actually on subscription license. This means that the license will automatically renew yearly with renewal discount automatically applied. Cancellation of the subscription can also be done from your account.As for the VAT issue, I will check that with my colleague.

I’m afraid this is a bug for our UpdraftPlus subscription license. We are still working on a fix for this but this should only happen on your first year. We can trigger an early renewal. However, your account already shows that it will auto renew on August 28, 2020.

I have renewed my license for the SFTP/SCP-Plugin 3 months ago.
Since then, my UpdraftPlus-Account displays the correct expiry Date in 2021.
Until today the backup worked all fine. Then I upgraded to 5.4.2 and now I get the following message:
“Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for 2 add-ons on this site has expired. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”
I have tried to renew connection and deactivate/reactivate the plugin, nothing helped.
It seems that other people have the same problem.

You can actually opt for a subscription license so you don’t have to renew your license manually yearly. It should just auto-renew annually.

CarlParticipantI’ve been a satisfied user of UpdraftPlus Premium since 2016 and renewed my license in March 2020.
I updated to version 2.16.26.24 on May 23, 2020 and have had nothing but problems since.
After running for hours, UpdraftPlus would just quit working. I let it run overnight with the same result.
I’ve checked the forum numerous times for a solution, read through my log numerous times, checked my firewall, optimized my database, deleted and reinstalled the plugin and still could not isolate the cause of the problem.
Finally, out of total frustration, I deleted version 2.16.26.24 and reinstalled version 2.14.4.0 (untested on WordPress 5.4.1) now everything works as it should.
My experience would indicate the problems lie with update 2.16.26.24

We have changed our pricing tier last April 2018. As a result, the Developer package (now called ‘Agency’ no longer includes unlimited licenses (now 35 licenses). For unlimited licenses, we now offer the Enterprise package.
From our records, it shows that your original license has been purchased 2018-02-24 and licences are only good for a year. Your licence has Expired updates subscription last (2019-02-24).
