    Hi Jonathan,

    I can see that your license has been all updated and shows expiration date as 2020-07-03. The renewal message should disappear.

    If still not, please can you reconnect the plugin to our licence server again? This is done by entering your username and password in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab and re-activate the add-ons. You should have 2.16.15.24 to have the full premium version.

    It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.

    Also the correct license expiration date can be found the “Licences” tab.

    Same problem. Also, my renewal shows 1 year from today instead of 1 year added to my license. This shorts me about a month.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    You could actually just change or downgrade your license to Business.
    All you have to do is login to your UpdraftPlus.com account, go to shop page, select UpdraftPlus Premium Business package, proceed to checkout and make sure to enter the renewal code to get discount.

    It appears that your license has already expired?
    You need to renew your license so you will be able to keep your 1Gb free storage.

    I did a fresh install from your product link to a new site http://www.quiltpatterndesign.com.

    I went and checked the licenses and it shows this new website however THERE ARE NO ADD ONS shown. I can click the “If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection.” which does nothing at all.

    Can you not fix this so I do not go through this every year when I renew?? It is doing the same thing on all the websites. You can see the websites in my profile under the license section.

    After following “this link” there are no premium/extensions shown.

    I have used a number of backup programs in the past and never had so many issues especially with renewing a license. If you prefer to refund me the renewal I don’t mind leaving this plug-in behind.

    And for my Developer package “now called Agency” I can not get a 40% renewal, because you decided to change the name?

    When I bought the Developer license, you wrote, I can renew the next year with 40%. How can I?

    My license expires in 2020 because I had renewed it in advance. You can not change the conditions en route and in such an arbitrary way. How should I do now to download the plugin I paid?

    Hi Nicolas,

    Apologies, it must have been affected with our pricing tier change. I will ask my colleague to fix it.

    Please note that the Developer package (now called ‘Agency’ no longer includes unlimited licenses (now 35 licenses). For unlimited licenses, we now offer the Enterprise package. However, you can still get 40% discount on your renewal if you upgrade to Enterprise licence.

    Hi David,

    Ok, I asked for your assignment in the support request.

    I don’t really understand what happen, it’s not the first time I renew my license for the unlimited licence, but never had any problem. I definitely did not ask for a Agency licence!? I also always got the 40% off discount for renewal.

    I just made a video, so you can see that my two earlier licenses was premium and with unlimited sites. i just renewed on of the, since I do not think I need two if they have unlimited sites?
    Also i do not have multisites, but I do have the premium license as always…

    Oh – I must have renewed the wrong license – cause I bought a license with unlimited sites, so I should not have two licenses… Is there a way that I can return the license I just renewed and insted renew the other license?

    From our records, you do have Unlimited licence available. I have refreshed your account so the renewal message should disappear now.
