In reply to: Renewal Notifications WP Admin
Bryle CroduaModeratorHi,
Apologies, please disregard my previous reply. I have overlooked the expiration date of your UpdraftPlus Premium license.
Our system shows that your subscription will be automatically renewed on January 25, 2020. By then the renewal message should automatically disappear from the websites that it is installed to.
We do send a notification email before your license expires so you can take action on whether you want to renew your license or not. It is also a reminder that if the license expires, you will no longer be able to receive updates and support from us.
We appreciate your feedback and I will send it to our development team to review.
Best Wishes,
BryleJanuary 13, 2020 at 1:51 pm #493708In reply to: cost of upgrade?
Bryle CroduaModeratorHi,
Yes, it is basically like purchasing a license again. Our system would be able to recoginise it as a renewal as long as your are logged in to your account and use the coupon code as stated here.
Thanks,

fgrecoParticipantWhen I do that, your site implies I’m getting a new license. I just want to renew my existing license. There’s no clear info on your site for renewals.
I just want to renew my existing license. How do I do that?

Bojan VucicParticipantI have renewed my license and entered the email [email protected] and password in the support tab, however, I still get the error at the top saying:
Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

Bryle CroduaModeratorHi @joansoy80,
Sorry, it appears that you only have renewed your UpdraftVault storage. You also need to renew your UpdraftPlus Premium license.
After you renew your UpdraftPlus license that should automatically be resolved.Regards,
BryleBryle CroduaModeratorHi Raeed,
Renewal period is 6 weeks before and 4 weeks after your license expires. Are you still within that period?
Please see FAQ: https://updraftplus.com/renewing-updraftplus-purchase/Regards,

info3712ParticipantHi again,
even when refreshing the connection to updraft in ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab the plugin still asks me via popup to renew the license. I assume that your comment towards William about refreshing the connection should in theory also be applicable for me? Or will the message only disappear on 17th December once the automatic renewal was generated?
November 28, 2019 at 4:41 pm #468003In reply to: Dashboard showing no licenses avail
Bryle CroduaModeratorHi,
Thanks for providing your email address.
We have checked our records and it appears that your license has already expired. You can check your licences here – https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/
Please renew your license for you to be able to install the plugin on new sites and continue to receive updates and support from us.

info3712ParticipantHi,
thanks a lot for the update. One other point: the annoying license renewal reminder also pops up on all of our connected wordpress admin dashboards, so maybe it is not only the E-Mail system which has wrong information about our account?
November 11, 2019 at 2:47 pm #457184In reply to: Email Support bad
Bryle CroduaModeratorHi,
Apologies for that.
It appears that the license did not get updated properly.
I have adjusted it now and you should be able to update it. The renewal message should also now disappear.Regards,

Bryle CroduaModeratorHi,
Apologies for the confusion.
All UpdraftPlus liences are valid only for 12 months. For you to be able to continue to receive updates and support from us, you will need to renew your license. We do give 40% discount on licences that is $20 and over.
Please see FAQ here – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/what-licence-does-updraftplus-use/ and for renewal here – https://updraftplus.com/renewing-updraftplus-purchase/
